Mansfield Distillery

The Swift Crest Vodka and Gin Distillery is just 10 minutes from Mansfield and 30 from Merrijig, but so well hidden that few locals know about it. The remoteness is a big part of the attraction and story as the whole site is off the grid and Hank and Carrie use a steam engine to run the distillery, making it one of the worlds most sustainable. Needless to say the Gin and Vodka taste of the care that has gone into making them. A truly great and unique experience. Bookings essential.
